About the Event
Join us for CB Saturday, a special event where kids with Type 1 diabetes and their families can connect, have fun, and experience the Camp Bluebonnet spirit! Perfect for those who want a sneak peek into camp—including newly diagnosed individuals, younger kids, and those who just can’t get enough of camp—this day is all about building friendships, confidence, and community.
For our high school-aged campers, CB Saturday also serves as the official training day for our Leaders-In-Training (LIT) program. LITs will take part in leadership development, hands-on activities, and preparations for their role at Camp Bluebonnet.
Whether you’re new to Camp Bluebonnet or a returning family, CB Saturday is a great way to experience the magic of camp in just one day!
Cost is $25 per child. LITs and kids 0-3 are FREE.
An adult must accompany their kid(s) throughout the day.
